3-31-22 is the last day for sign ups.

To register click on Login and/or Register in the top right. Family Max is $260. When you select at the beginning you will see the cost per program. When checking out it will auto adjust to the $260. After registration, go to forms and fill out the medical release form and print it. Will need before they practice. We will have copies at the practices if needed.
